Anne-Marie Parent is a driven and purposeful leader looking to make a difference in the health sector by leveraging her skills in collaboration and change management to solve complex problems. As a Management Consultant, Anne-Marie worked on several small to large scale initiatives in the private, public, and not-for-profit sector, all focused on leveraging the power of collaboration to engage others in driving meaningful change. Currently, Anne-Marie Parent is Manager, Governance and Strategy with the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) where she is responsible for leading strategic planning, annual planning, performance management, risk management and other governance-related activities. Anne-Marie has her certification in Project Management (PRINCE2), Change Management (Prosci), and is currently working on her Black Belt in Lean Healthcare.
